Terms of Service

The currency accepted is EURO€ and the commision will be paid via PayPal using Artistree

Once the sketch process has ended and the costumer aproves to progress to working in the final product payment will be done:

If payment is less than 10€ everything will be paid at that moment.
If payment is more tan 10€ payment will be done in half. Half of the money will be paid at that moment and the other half just before recibing the final product.

Payment

I’ll be providing W.I.P’s (Work In Progress) in the sketch process regulary until the costumer feels comfortable with the sketch for me to start working in the final product. Once started with the actual drawing, I’ll keep providing W.I.P. if I’m having any doubts with the drawing or I see fit showing how everything is looking so far. The costumer may ask for W.I.P’s but they cannot be demmanded.

W.I.P

I hold every right to the artwork produced, so I may use the artwork as I please. However, the costumer is limited and has certain restrictions;

They may not get credit for the artwork itself (Still can get credit for the characters or idea if they are Original from the costumer)
Making money out of the artwork (Unless it is agreed otherwise with me, the artist)
Altering the artwork without consent from me, the artist

The costumer can still use the artwork for personal purposes, but always crediting the artist if the artwork is exposed to the public. If the costumer wants to use the artwork in any other way they may speak to the artist to get to an agreement or not.

Refund

I hold every right to cancel the commision and refund the money inmediately if I feel like it (Usually this is due to circunstances like lack of personal time because of work, school or family issues or others, not an arbitrary reason I do at random, don’t worry)

The costumer may cancel the commision for as long as I haven’t actually started the actual drawing (Sketch already done and aproved by the customer). Once the drawing has been started there is no chance to ask for a refund unless there is a 3 week hiatus in which I haven’t advanced the drawing in any miningful way. Canceling in any other condition won’t come with a refund and I’ll keep any money that had being paid already.

Process

General Process

The costumer will provide the idea and references
The artist will work on a sketch
When the costumer feels comfortable with the sketch, half payment will be done
The artist will start working in the final product, showing W.I.P’s as he see fit
The artist will notify to the costumer that the final product is finished
The costumer will make the final payment if satisfied
The artist will deliver the final product

Things to keep in mind

-I usually draw on a canvas larger than 3000px, at 350 DPI.

-If you have any doubt about what I can or can not draw, just feel free to ask!

-I can do more than just characters (Logos, Brands, Character Sheets…), again, just ask!

-I don’t have a really well defined artstyle, so the final product may differ slighty from any other of the Works you’ve seen in my Portfolio.

-I don’t have all day to work. I go to art clases everyday and use an IPad to work as well for drawing. Sometimes I just dont have enough time to work on commisions or resources, although I always try to finish before 3 weeks.

-I hold everyright to act outside everything that has been stablised here in case I see fit.

References

Visual references of what I have to draw are always really appreciated!

If you dont really have an image of the character you want me to draw there are websites that let you create a visual representation of your character like Picrew and many more! If it is possible, please do use them or provide some sketch of how the character is supossed to look like.

If you can't get any visual reference I will create a quick sketch out of the description you give me until satisfied. This can cost up to +5€ depending on the character.
